Full-scale technical setup for an outdoor festival hosting over 25,000 daily attendees, featuring multiple international headliners.
The outdoor stadium venue had difficult acoustic boundaries with close proximity to residential areas. In addition, changing wind directions required dynamic frequency alignment and directivity control. The stage rigging also had to withstand high wind loads of up to 70 km/h.
We deployed an L-Acoustics K2 hanging line array system paired with cardiod-configured KS28 subwoofers to steer low frequencies away from residential zones. We designed a massive heavy-duty Eurotruss structure to carry 12 tons of lighting and LED screens, verified by real-time load-monitoring cells.
Prisinte, clear sound pressure was maintained across the entire audience area with minimal bleed into neighboring zones. The headlining artists praised the setup's punch and clarity, and the structural rigging operated with zero incidents.
Our design crew can scale, simulate, and configure a similar rigging, sound, or LED layout tailored for your event venue.
